I finished gypsy's crocheted hat.
He loves it, although I haven't actually seen him wear it since this picture. You do love it, right friend?
I started the knitted girly boxer shorts from KnitWit last week sometime. And here's what I have so far. Hillary, their future owner is very excited and can't wait to have them finished. I'm pretty sure that the other leg will go a lot faster since its the same as this one and I wrote down everything I did. Yay for not making the same mistakes twice.
I also cast on the yarn over cable socks from Sensational knitted socks with my violet's pink ribbon colorway yarn.
I've had to lay these aside to work on the shorts. I am waiting until I can pick them up again. I really want them to be finished now!!. I really like the pattern though. It looks pretty and is a very easy to knit up fast. I bought crystal palace dpns (sz1) and I like them a lot better than the Brittany ones I've been using. They are longer which is a little annoying, but they are much more pointy and haven't split on me once, and they are more slippery.
